Tags should be cumulative instead of having to retype tags #4

If I want to add more descriptions to the person in the form of tags, I have to copy over all the old tags manually. I think this might cause inconvenience for the users, and it would be better to implement the tags as cumulative by default.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a tag to someone who already has an existing tag.

This is a valid improvement that could be done to our application.

However, it is not essential to our functionality, neither did we plan for it.
