Canvas not signable #25

When using jSignature I am finding on rare occasions (twice within 2 months) that the canvas becomes unable to accept a signature. Physically touching the canvas appears to do nothing, yet the page is still moveable and other buttons etc within the page work.

This is doesn't seem hardware related, it has happened on a iPad 2 and a iPad mini.

Also it may be worth noting jSignature is being used alongside phonegap and jquery/jquery mobile.

Has any one else seen this or is this a known bug?

Some of our users are experiencing this an the Samsung Galaxy S4 but have not on other devices.

To give an update on how rare this bug appears to be. I haven't since heard any reports from our users on this happening since my original post.

@yemons - could you confirm if you are also using jquery/jquery mobile, phonegap etc? I'm wondering if this is perhaps more so a bug with one of those products rather than jSignature.

Yes, I am using jquery mobile and phonegap.

Has there been any updates to this? I'm using jQuery v1.10.2 and it's just a web application.
