On a Surface Pro, using the touch first on the signature block the stylus input. #72

On Surface Pro 3 or 4 on Windows 10 or 8.1 if you touch the signature and draw something you will not be able to use the stylus after, even simple dots. But is you start with the stylus and continue with the touch you will be able to draw dots.

Is there a way to allow only the stylus input?

Edit: Note that the stylus input is = mouse input.
