Touch event causes <select> tag to fail with the latest Chrome version on windows PC

With the latest Chrome on a touch enabled Windows 10 PC: Once you use the signature field via touch, it causes the tag to stop working.

But this issue also happens on the demo site of the webpage: https://willowsystems.github.io/jSignature/#/demo/

Refresh won't fix it, you have to restart the browser (does not happen in Firefox)

This issue does not appear with the current Chrome Canary version
