willowsystems vs. brinley #85

It seems this willowsystem version was forked from brinley, and I don't see any changes in the willow SRC folder, but there is more recent activity in brinley.

Is brinley the place to go for a more likely to be supported plugin?

It seems so. https://github.com/brinley/jSignature I was having a ton of buggy problems with the WillowSystems jSignature.
I downloaded from both here (not updated since 2012) and their website, and both files are identical. I really wanted the Brinley though because it seemed to be more stable and fix more issues and also have the much needed "isModified" function. Oddly enough, if you open the Brinley file you will see the Copyright for WillowSystems in there.

Just use the Brinley one
