[Automation] Add a Custom Category Test: Verify user can hide custom categories #704

Add an automation test to the Custom Category Tests suite: TC-42: [Custom] Verify user can hide custom categories

Hide one of the custom categories:

On the main screen tap the settings icon. ->The "Settings" screen displays.
Tap "Categories and Phrases". ->The "Categories" screen displays.
Tap on a custom category. ->The category details screen displays. ->The "Show" toggle is on by default.
Tap the "Show" toggle to hide the category.
Tap the back button to return to "Categories".

Acceptance Criteria:

The custom category still appears in the "Categories" list but has been moved to the bottom.
The reorder buttons are disabled for the hidden categories.
On the Main screen, the custom category no longer appears in the category carousel.
