[792] Move Compact QWERTY setting + Settings fixes #793

closes #792

  1. Moves the "Compact QWERTY" toggle from "Keyboard Layout" -> "Selection Mode"
  2. Removes "Keyboard Layout" screen from Settings
  3. Fixes head tracking toggle cell not displaying the correct state after being tapped

Also tweaked the collection view cell configurations to have more concise names and to use the same accessibility ID scheme used elsewhere in the app.

Here's a video of the new flow, but bear in mind that this branch does not include the new keyboard layouts:
