[BUG] Arena display issues in Safari

I'm seeing issues viewing an arena during gameplay in Safari, including:

Arena does not display sometimes, during preview and gameplay
Arena is delayed in displaying
Wombats are not shown in the arena despite HP and score status changing
Arena gets frozen on a frame despite HP and score status continuing to change
Resizing the window causes the arena to disappear; it reappears after an arena refresh (new round)

I am not seeing these issues in Chrome.
