[BUG] Player still moving after death, then did a full HP recovery before end of round #279

We saw some weird behavior during the design review. After a wombat died, the wombat continued moving around the arena. Then, the status bar showed a full HP recovery before the end of the round.

This is not 100% reproducible.

I observed this again today in the first round of gameplay - it did not happen in later rounds, even though one of the Wombats did run out of HP.

After playing a few games, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Moving to closed (and I'll reopen if I see it again).
