[Enhancement] Date picker on configure defaults to today with current time

- Describe the feature you would like to see The date picker could default to today's date and time to make it faster to schedule games - Why you need it Choosing a time and date on the fly take time and is not as user friendly - How it should work Click create game and the date and time fields are already filled, and just need to be incremented by the length of time in advance you want to schedule the game.
