[Bug] Simulator Can't Pause after Switching Windows

- What version of the project are you using? Latest

- What browser and its version are you using? Chrome

- What did you do? (Steps to Replicate Issue) Press pause after switching to another panel in the app while simulator is playing and it keeps going.

- What did you expect to see? Simulator would pause.
