Various optimizations and cleanup

[Absolucy]

• Replaces all DashMaps with AHashMaps (HashMaps that use ahash)
• Upgraded all dependencies (except inventory, due to me being too lazy to figure out how to get it to work)
• Cleaned up a bunch of code
• Fixed pretty much all clippy lints
• Completely untested
