Adding a function onto natdb #87

Hi Dr.Pearse, I want to commit a function to the natdb downloads/r, but had no luck whatsoever. I tried making clones of the repository and pushing for change, but to no avail.

I tried committing it onto the R.downloads but I'm struggling to do so.
