Missing hero image option causes image duplication on pull #12

The OpenPublicMedia/npr-cds-wordpress plugin has a "Theme uses featured image" setting that determines where the main story image should be placed in a pushed/pulled layout.

The EE plugin does not include this setting, so pulled images are added to the entry body, causing possible duplication if hero images are used in templates.
