Currently, the first text that particpants see just asks them to identify who the leader is. We could add more here:

give a bit more time for people to get situated
tell the leader that they will be responsible for moving the group along through the discussion topics, and ask them to read the new discussion prompts out loud when they arrive

Other ideas?

Let's review the videos and see if there's severe awkwardness. If we need to add something, let's make it minimal, like an instruction to "Please introduce yourselves and get ready for the discussion. You will receive further instructions in 30 seconds."
