Add the capacity for CSS styling in markdown elements #4

As a designer of study treatments, I would like more ways to direct participants' attention to certain page elements.

GitHub-flavored markdown does not allow CSS styling, so implementing this change would likely require departing from GitHub-flavored markdown.
