Hi I am interested to use this program but I am not sure how to install or use this. Could the documentation be updated with examples?

Thanks you for your interest. We are currently putting together a manuscript that has detailed descriptions of the functionality and installation steps. We should be uploading the manuscript to BioRXiv soon.
