issue with pandas 0.24.2 #86

that seems to work fine pip install git+https://github.com/willsheffler/willutil.git

BUT this will error out on pandas version 0.24.2
pip install git+https://github.com/willsheffler/rpxdock.git

was able to successfully install by completely removing the requirement of pandas 0.24.2
