command: 'remind .25 eat lunch' works as intended

however 'eat lunch' is spammed at the user every .25 minutes (possibly side effect of busy waiting)
Most likely 'var events' is requeueing the message because webhook doesn't give a response until .25min later

Fix: Use async worker threads and a db to implement reminders better basic idea validated
