Determine the latitudes and longitudes of as many images as possible and add this to the database. Update flickr with the geotag so the photos can be visualized on a map.

If the image has a herbarium barcode, attempt to use data from the herbarium database to identify the collection location
Otherwise, the image's lat/long will be left null in the plants table, but will inherit the lat/lon of the herbarium where the specimen was photographed.
