fix default verbose columns for verbose.lvl -1 #42

Columns are different depending on whether flash.set.verbose is used or verbose.lvl = -1

Also, backfit lacks header

Suggested fixes: only allow verbose.lvl = -1 in flash.set.verbose (give warning in other places); print the -1 header in call to flash.set.verbose; change "verbose.lvl" to just "verbose" everywhere. need better documentation for how to use flash.set.verbose
