Dashboard Select Menu doesn't fully update when Group is changed (index page)

On the index page, a user can select to filter Dashboards by the Groups the Dashboard belongs to.

The default view is to display Dashboards that belong to all groups. When the Group select menu changes, the first element in the Dashboard select menu displays the previous value.
