Duplicate names have to be specified with NUSNET ID #10

The UG does not clearly specify whether if we have duplicate names, are we supposed to put -n NAME -i ID or just -i ID.

Turns out we cannot specify -n NAME -i ID. Only -i ID is accepted. I think there is a missing information about this in general.

There is no need to specify as such since the command format already states that only the student's name or NUSNET ID needs to be specified. (from the use of round brackets)
