It's possible ... and i guess it's caused by both the mouSTer and the C64. Unfortunately due to emulation there is no easy way to fix that :( You may try to use another Power supply (preferably not switching PSU) for test if that make any difference. I haven't seen that issue on my test setup.
Revieved my mouSTer yesterday and updated it to fw 3.17.3475 set config to mouse and type to c1531. When moving the mouse i hear a high pitched noice from the tv my c64 is connected to via svideo cable. Using my old clone c1531 mouse i do not hear the high pitched sound. Dont know if the mouSTer is the cause or the symptom.
