Gitignore js files #151

I ignored static/core so we don't have to look at diffed js files.

This would be way better. The only reason they are tracked now is because heroku's coffee compiler was picky about versioning, so we needed to push the compiled files ourselves.

I'll take a look to see if this is the case still.
