Cograph descriptions #622

This adds a description field to each cograph that serves to provide some needed explication for each. It is editable by anyone with editing permissions on the cograph as a content editable. It saves on blur. The description can be easily hidden from the graph via a toggle. The description will update over sockets a cograph is being used collaboratively.

This is merge ready @davidfurlong

I'm not sure as to the design of this. + Needs to have styles for mobile.

Feel free to offer design changes. What ate you thinking? Mainly I think the font should stay at around this smaller size.
