Drag off the stage, can't drag back on #56

If you accidentally drag the console off the stage, you can't drag back on.(ie 
draggable area is no longer slectable)

Solution
-on hide-show ALWAYS reposition so draggable area of console is on stage.

Does this on v2.5 (branches/2.5beta)
However, it rely on the fact that either stage size is not changed after launch 
OR stage.align is set top left.
- it should work fine for most cases.
