the blue border of the titlebar mouseover on tab down to the last input box #134

If i open the second ‘window’ and then try to tab down to it from the text
boxes in the first ‘window’, as i leave the last text box, the blue border
of the titlebar mouseover appears rather than tabbing to the next ‘window’.

Opps!! the problem is in the WindowShade...

I think this has to do with the button of the WindowShade being atabbable 
element.
Not sure we want to change how it works right now, since you might need the 
button to
be tabbable, in case someone wants to use the tab key to move to the button and 
then
expand/contract the windowshade all with the keyboard. So I don't know if we 
want to
change this default behavior...
