SuperTabNavigator disappered! #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add module to an application and Add a canvas to module
2. Add SuperTabNavigator to that Canvas
3. Toggle FullScreen or click the fullscreen button on the top right corner
of web browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing but I must see the supertabnavigator

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flex 3 and OS:Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
