Cannot create more than one Docker component in an application and have drag and drop work #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an application where you have a Docker at the top, right, bottom,
left
2. Cannot drag & drop between docking regions
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to be able to create muliptle docking regions, and be able to
drag and drop between them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on date of problem submission
