Some ico files are not loaded using IconLoader #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We have two ico files first is "Computer.ico", second is "extension.ico"
( Both are attached )
2. First one is loaded without any problem
3. Second one is unable to load.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both ico file should get loaded

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version - 2.4  and OS - XP

Please provide any additional information below.
