problem in using dockable toolbar , eg in the net #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using dockable toolbar, make the toolbars at the top, come below one 
another. check the size of the canvas below.
2. again get back the toolbar in original position. check the size of the 
canvas 
3. use the example provided in the net.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there should not be any resizing defect with the canvas.but thre is gap 
between the bottom toolbar and canvas.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flex3, windows
