The tab area size is fixed , regardless of number of tabs being added making most of the tabs inaccessible #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a supertabnavigator and set tab width to 200px
2. Add 10 tabs
3. Only 2.5 tabs are accessible on the screen. Scroll buttons are not
visibile and changing the focus through menu does not bring the tab into focus.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All the tabs ahouls be accessible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flex 3.4 with flex builder

Please provide any additional information below.
