Endless Loop in ScrollableMenu with Flex SDK 3.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ScrollableMenu as popUp in PopUpButton
2. Click on DropDown-Button
3. Browser freezes due to endless loop

I use flexlib-2.4 with Flex SDK 3.5 under Windows XP SP3

With Flex 3.4 and below it worked without problems

The attached Patch resolves this issue. There need to be done more
intensive Tests but for my application this patch works perfectly.
