"Scrollable areas" and disclosure icons don't show up in flex4 #290

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run scrollable menu or window shade examples
2. Notice that disclosure and arrows on scrollable areas don't show up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

They should show up.

This is most certainly due to the way styling is handled in flex4.
