What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag a toolbar from docked to boxed state
2. drag it back to dock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The titlebar of the boxed state toolbar stay in the dockarea

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using flexlib 2.5 on FlashBuilder 4 / WinXP pro sp3 x86
