arranging a maximized window does not change the icon in the top right to restore. #298

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. maximize a MDIWindow
2. cascade the window
3. the window state shows maximized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have expected to see the window state change to restore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5 on linux
