Right-click context menu on canvas does not support localization #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a canvas
2. Right click
3. Title, Tile+Fill etc. not localized.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
context menu items should be localized.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
