What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a WindowShade with a explicit width and height,set the
verticalScrollPolicy and horizontalScrollPolicy to "auto", set the
opened to "false"
2. add a contaimer,such as a panel, both it's width and height is
bigger than those of windowshade

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
first：WindowShade should be contracted ,but it is not
second：when I clicked the header ,it should be contraced, but it
makes the panle a bit higher and contracted when I clicked header again
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4 win7
