How to set background color of one row by one column value #371

My English is not very well. So if there are problems in my expression, please 
don't care about it.

I want to know how to use the TreeGrid.

In my TreeGrid. I want to set the row color with yellow if the value of one of 
the columns is a specifical one.

With AdvancedDataGrid, I know it can be achieved with the ItemRenderer of the 
grid. But with TreeGrid, How can i achieve it?

The version of the product is flexlib - 2.5 - flex4 And on Windows 7.
