👋 Thought it was time for a new lick of paint!

Summary of changes:

Quick tidy of HTML and use of BEM for CSS classes
Update logo
Update fonts and color palette to those used in updated brand and API docs
Update text references to 'Silverstripe CMS'
Removed images and CSS that weren't in use (e.g. .headerSortUp and .headerSortDown)

Do with it what you will 😄
