Add libgfortran to llamaOS gcc library #100

Add the files from gcc/libgfortran to support the fortran standard library. This is pretty much done to the point a simple application can run. When updating to the next version of gcc, try to include pretty much all of the library just as STL is.

This seems to be fully supported now.
