fix adm of egamma (fixes issue #54) #97

After rederiving the the full WET ADMs from the WET beta function together with @jasonaebischerGIT, we found wrong entries in the self-mixing of egamma in the sectors mue, mutau, taue, and dF0. This PR corrects these entries and fixes issue #54.
