Self-hosted k3s Kubernetes cluster for operating as a c8s host

Components include:

k3s
calico for network policies
cert-manager + acme-dns + ingress-nginx (to expose UDP) for automatic (wildcard) certificate renewal
Kata containers (via kata-deploy)
