Make codius manifest a Kubernetes CRD #46

Applying a codius manifest would cause a ~knative service~ deployment, service, ingress, and keda scaled object to be started.

What about the private variables?

Or the host could allow people to create deployments in a specific namespace, and MutatingAdmissionWebhook could set the runtime, dns policy, etc. But what would be used to generate the hash if not the manifest?
