Cost vs Valuation: extend scope to include other supported securities #3

Current scope: stocks, ETFs (only started trading in Feb 2020)

Additional scope: mutual funds that are also supported on Yahoo Finance (started trading from 2015 onwards)

Steps:

[x] at a given start date, get the list of existing holdings
[x] calculate the cost of existing holdings at the start date
[x] calculate the valuation of existing holdings at the start date
[x] add the cost and valuation as balance brought forward
[x] convert to HKD equivalent
[x] add existing holdings (cost & valuation) as balance brought forward
