Include physical gold holdings to the portfolio valuation

Valuation: use price on receipt and reference XAUUSD price on that date, then derive what the price is today based on XAUUSD price today

[x] Add physical gold holdings in ounces as 'Cash Balance'
[x] Setup process to get Gold futures price (spot not available), calculate XAUHKD rate and cache on MongoDB (setup.py - no change on other modules)
