Increase Page Size #345

Hi
I use arduino mega2560 and nokia LCD PCD 84x48. The board has enough ram (8k) 
but in my project, picture loop is too slow and calls draw() function 6 times. 
Could you make parameter "page size" configurable?

I assume is: provide larger page size for u8g_dev_pcd8544_84x48.
