Prevent LDAP servers without support to LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_IN_CHAIN -- break with 'LDAP Result Code 12 "Unavailable Critical Extension": Bad search filter' -- https://ldapwiki.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_IN_CHAIN
