Publish new npm version #226

It appears that the release on npm is quite old. If we could have a new release (with https://github.com/wilzbach/msa/issues/121 in particular), that would be great.

(P.S. I'm working on embedding this into JupyterLab as a Fasta viewer: https://github.com/jasongrout/jupyterlab-fasta, but can't turn on the menus until the release has the fix mentioned above...)

Bump. Kinda weird that 'lib/index.js' doesn't exist at this point, no semantic versioning, rendering the node package un-loadable and difficult to extend.
